What are the "Blue Zones"

The concept of "Blue Zones" refers to regions of the world where people live significantly longer and healthier lives compared to the global average.

Researcher Dan Buettner identified five areas that he called Blue Zones, each with unique lifestyle practices contributing to their residents' longevity.
